A full service salon and day spa has been long awaited, and our guests support has been the fuel to our growth. Our goal is to provide the best in the beauty industry for you! It took a while, but we made it. Words cannot describe the kind of guests we see on a day to day basis that have been so kind and supportive. While I am personally excited for what the future holds, I cannot express how excited our staff is as well. Savvy has established a special team that has helped make this new opportunity possible, and the future remains promising for us all. Our staff will continue to flourish with stylists that are ambitious and want to grow personally and professionally. Most importantly, they all have hearts the size of grapefruits. Savvy Hair Gallery Policies
Deposits for Services
All services $200 or more require a 50% deposit via credit card. You may cancel 24 hours before your service time with no charge. Cancellations on the day of your appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of the service price.
We value your understanding, as cancellations can result in lost time and income for our stylists; cancellations also inconvenience other guests who may not be able to find available slots for their services.
Staff
Our team at Savvy ensures satisfaction for every guest. If you wish to try another technician, please do so. We understand each service provider has special talents that guests may want to experience. We appreciate your patronage, and the exceptional team at Savvy is here for you!
Cell Phones
We respectfully ask that you turn off cell phones and electronic devices. This allows each guest to enjoy quality relaxation time.
Refund Policy
No refunds on hair services or retail products.
Children
We ask that young children without appointments are well supervised. Please keep in mind the relaxation of our other guests.
Spa Appointments
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you receive the full spa experience.
Bridal Parties
In order to secure your appointment, we respectfully ask for a deposit at the time of booking. You may cancel up to 2 weeks before your reservation, but after that time you will be charged a cancellation fee. This allows us to open our appointment books for other guests.
